Board Member - Armen Eganyan

Mr. Yeganyan was born on July 25, 1973. Graduated from Yerevan State Engineering University, department of machines construction technology, getting qualification of mechanical engineer. He started his career at “Ijevan Carpet” CJSC as a Deputy Director of Consumer and Marketing. In 2000-2007 - Ministry of Industry and Commerce (Ministry of Trade and Economic Development of RA) - Leading Specialist at the Department of Coordination of Production Infrastructure, then Chief Specialist, Head of Department, then Head of Department - Deputy Head of Department. In 2007-2017 continued his career at the Ministry of Trade and Economic Development of the Republic of Armenia (Ministry of Economy), Head of the Regional Economic Development Division of the Sectoral and Territorial Economic Development Department, Head of the Territorial Economic Development Department of the Tourism and Territorial Development Department, Head of the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Development Department, Industry Policy Department Head, then Head of Industrial Development Department. 2017-2019 - Head of Sectorial Economic Policy Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of the Republic of Armenia. Since June, 2019 up to present - Head of Industrial Policy Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.

Board Member -Hrayr Hakobyan

Hrayr Hakobyan

Mr. Hakobyan was born in 1974 on April 9. In 1995 he graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of National Economy with the qualification of economist, in 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State Pedagogical University.

He started working career in 1995 at the Supreme Council of the Republic of Armenia in the logistics department of assistance management division. From June 1995 to December 1996, he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

In 1997-1999, Mr. Hakobyan worked in the Banking Supervision and Licensing Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia as a Supervisor, then from 1999 to 2001 worked at "Armagrobank" CJSC as the Head of the regional division of Gegharkunik region - the head of the "Gavar" branch. In 2001-2004, he was the Deputy Head of the "Shahumyan" and "Tigran Mets" branches of "ARMECONOMBANK’’ CJSC. In 2004-2006, he held the position of the Head of "Yerevan" branch of "Ardshininvestbank" CJSC. From 2006-2008, he worked at "VTB-Armenia Bank" CJSC as the Head of the Corporate Business Development Department and Acting Head of the “Moscow’’ Branch.

In 2008-2012 he was the owner and Executive Director of "Depi Tun" money transfer organization, and at the same time, in 2010-2012, he founded and managed the universal credit organization "Kilikia". In 2012-2013 Mr. Hakobyan was the First Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of "RAKE" LLC, in 2013 he held the position of Executive Director of "Credit Corp" CJSC. Since 2013 he worked at "Anelik Bank" CJSC as the Head of the branches network department, from 2015-2017 he was the Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of "Anelik Bank" CJSC. 2017 - 2019 Mr. Hakobyan founded "SolarSys" LLC, was the Chief Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, in 2018-2022 was the Financial Director, Deputy Executive Director of Nork-Marash Medical Center. Since April 2022 Mr. Hakobyan holds the position of the Executive Director, chairman of the Board of "HERT" LLC.

Board Member - Gevorg Machanyan

Gevorg Machanyan has served as Executive Director of ArmSwissBank since it was established and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. For two decades he held senior roles at the Central Bank of Armenia, where he progressed to the position of Chief Auditor, Head of Internal Audit. Dr. Machanyan~s managerial and leadership skills have been proven through several large-scale infrastructure development projects, including the implementation of the ArCa and SWIFT payment systems in Armenia. Dr. Machanyan works with a range of international organizations and participates in various conferences and summits around the world. Mr. Machanyan is the Chairman of Armenian-Swiss Business Development Association and member of the Board of Switzerland-Armenia Chamber of Commerce. He was born in 22/08/1959 and graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Economy.

Board Member - Alexander Khachaturyan

Board Member - Hayk Mnatsakanyan

Mr. Mnatsakanyan graduated with honors from Yerevan State University, Department of Economics. He has PhD in Economics. In 2007 he became an Associate Professor. Mr. Mnatsakanyan started his career path as a Head of the Foreign Relations Department at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of RA, then he continued as Senior specialist at Credit and Investment Department of Armenian Development Bank. In subsequent years he was acting Head of Finance and Accounting Department of Yerevan State University and associate professor at the Finance and Accounting Department of Yerevan State University. Starting from 2008 he is the Head of Finance and Accounting Department of Yerevan State University.

Chairman of the Directorate , Executive Director - Artak Mirzoyan

.Artak Mirzoyan was born in 1977, on January 11 in Abovyan. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Artsakh State University.

Then he continued education at the targeted postgraduate studies of the IER of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Armenia.

He began his career as an assistant to the Minister of Finance and Economy of the NKR.
Later he worked in the office of the NKR Ministry of Finance and Economy as the head of the department of procurement regulation and methodology of the budget process. From 2008 to 2010 he held the position of CEO of "Artsakhpost" CJSC, later held the position of the general director of the "Artsakh Investment Fund" and was the chairman of the board of directors of "FIDES" mortgage company CJSC. In 2018 Artak Mizoyan was appointed to the position of manager of the branch of Ardshinbank CJSC (Stepanakert).
On July 2020, by the decree of the Artsakh Republic President, Artak Mirzoyan was appointed chairman of the Artsakh Republic State Commission on regulating public services and economic competition.

Since May 31, 2021 he holds the position of Chairman of the Directorate, Executive Director of "Export Insurance Agency of Armenia" CJSC.

Member of the Directorate, Deputy Executive Director - Armen Khachatryan

Armen Khachatryan was born on February 09 ^th, 1984 in Yerevan. He earned his Master’s degree in Law at French University in Armenia Foundation (FUAF). Mr. Khachatryan worked as Legal Counsel at Law Department of the Central Bank of Armenia for more than 6 years. Armen Khachatryan also took a number of professional courses and trainings in RA and abroad.

Starting from January 2014 he holds the position of General Counsel and leads the Legal Advice and Claims Regulation Department at Export Insurance Agency of Armenia ICJSC. Presently he holds the position of Deputy Executive Director of the Export Insurance Agency of Armenia ICJSC.

Member of the Directorate, Chief Accountant - Yevgenya Hayriyan

Chief Accountant Yevgenya Hayriyan was born оn September 27, 1984. In 2006 Yevgenya Hayriyan graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics and Law of the Artsakh State University. 2006-2009 did her postgraduate studies at Artsakh State University. 2013 Yevgenya Hayriyan defended a candidate's thesis, receiving PhD in economics. In 2015 was awarded the Academic title of Associate Professor. Yevgenya Hayriyan started her career at ‘’Technolux’’ LLC as Chief accountant. Then she worked at the NKR President's staff as a first-class specialist, later at ‘’Stepanakert development projects implementation office" and ‘’Investment program implementation office of Stepanakert" SNPO as a Chief accountant. Since 2009, she has been the Chief accountant of "FIDES" mortgage company CJSC and since 2021, the deputy executive director-chief accountant of the same company. She has been teaching at Artsakh State University since 2009. Since 2021, she is the Head of internal audit of "General Asset Management" CJSC. From May 15, 2023 Yevgenya Hayriyan holds the position of Chief accountant of "Export Insurance Agency of Armenia" CJSC.

Responsible Actuary - Zaruhi Hakobyan

Mrs. Hakobyan graduated from Armenian State University , Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics, Actuarial Mathematics. She has more than 6 years of experience in the insurance field. Worked at Unibank CJSC,later at Haypost CJSC . Mrs. Hakobyan works as responsible actuary at "Sil Insurance" ICJSC.Starting from January 2016 she holds the position of Responsible actuary at Export Insurance Agency of Armenia.
Head of Internal Audit - Gayane Khachatryan

Gayane Khachatryan was born on March 17, 1996

She graduated from the Armenian State University of Economics, Department of Finance in the field of Insurance. Gayane Khachatryan worked for more than 6 years at «ARMECONOMBANK » OJSC as Leading specialist of Internal Observations Division. Currently works at "GP Management Advisor" LLC as Internal Audit expert. She has CAMS qualification issued by ACAMS international company.

From June 1, 2023, Gayane Khachatryan is the Head of the Internal Audit of " Export Insurance Agency of Armenia” ICJSC.
