Tips for export contracts

Exporters are encouraged to include the following provisions in the export contracts in order to resolve quickly and efficiently potential disputes and disagreements arising between the parties:

1. Recommended content of disputes settlement provisions for nоt concluded contracts:

All disputes arising out of this Contract should be settled at (indicate name of the court) the Court of Arbitration, consisting of three arbitrators.

Decisions of the Arbitration Court are final and are not subject to appellation proceedings.

2. Recommended content of disputes settlement provisions for existing contracts:

The parties of this Agreement have agreed (indicate the contract date and number), to resolve all disputes arising out of the Contract through negotiations. In case of no results, all disputes should be settled at (indicate name of the court) the Court of Arbitration, consisting of three arbitrators.

Decisions of the Arbitration Court are final and are not subject to appellation proceedings.
