Արտահանման վարկի ապահովագրություն:

ա) Պրոդուկտի նկարագրություն:

Արտահանող ընկերությունները, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, կարող են օտարերկրյա գնորդների հետ կնքել այնպիսի գործարքներ, որոնց դեպքում գումարը վճարվում է միայն ապրանքը մատակարարելուց կամ ծառայությունը մատուցելուց որոշ ժամանակ հետո: Նման գործարքներ իրականացնելիս արտահանող ընկերությունները չեն կարող վստահ լինել տրամադրված վճարման հետաձգված ժամկետի ավարտին օտարերկրյա գնորդի վճարունակության վրա:  

Այս պարագայում մեր Ընկերությունը տրամադրում է ՀՀ ռեզիդենտ արտահանող ընկերությունների կողմից օտարերկրյա գնորդին մատակարարված ապրանքների և/կամ մատուցված ծառայությունների դիմաց ստացվելիք գումարների կարճաժամկետ ապահովագրություն  առևտրային և քաղաքական ռիսկերից:

Առևտրային ռիսկերն անմիջականորեն կապված են օտարերկրյա գնորդի հետ և արտահայտվում են օտարերկրյա գնորդի  սնանկության (անվճարունակության) կամ նրա կողմից առանց որևէ իրավական հիմքի վճարում կատարելուց հրաժարվելու ձևով:

Քաղաքական ռիսկերն ի հայտ են գալիս, երբ օտարերկրյա գնորդը ի վիճակի չէ կատարել վճարում իր երկրում տեղի ունեցած որոշակի իրադարձությունների արդյունքում, ինչպիսիք են ադմինիստրատիվ որոշումներ կամ իրավական ակտեր (այդ թվում` առևտրի սահմանափակում), որոնք խոչընդոտում են  գումարի վճարմանը օտարերկրյա գնորդի կողմից, կամ որոշակի քաղաքական իրադարձությունների արդյունքում վճարումների փոխանցման կամ փոխանակման անհնարինություն, ինչպես նաև այլ իրադարձություններ օտարերկրյա գնորդի երկրում, ինչպիսիք են պատերազմը, հեղափոխությունը, ապստամբությունը, քաղաքացիական պատերազմը և բնական աղետները:

Փոքր ձեռնարկությունները հատկապես խոցելի են, քանի որ նրանք ունեն փոքր կապիտալ իրենց տրամադրության տակ և պարբերաբար ստիպված են ներգրավել ֆինանսական ռեսուրսներ շրջանառու կապիտալի կամ այլ ծախսերի համար: Այս պարագայում օտարերկրյա գնորդի կողմից վճարման ձախողումը կարող է ձեռնարկության համար լուրջ ֆինանսական խնդիրներ առաջացնել:
