    His leadership skills have been demonstrated through the successful implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects for payment and settlement systems in Armenia. These projects include managing the development and introduction of interbank telecommunications and electronic payment systems, the creation and implementation of the ArCa unified payment system, and the introduction and implementation of the SWIFT system in the Republic of Armenia.
